Kick-Ass 2 is a fighting game based on the film of the same title. The game was created by a Spanish studio, Freedom Factory, which designed, among the others, Bloodbath which belongs to the same genre.

The story told is directly related to the film original. It tells the story of two high school students who wear the costumes of superheroes and go out to the streets to cleanse the city of criminals under under the pseudonyms of Kick-Ass and Hit Girl. Their main opponent is the dangerous The Motherfu ** er.

The title is a classic representative of the fighting genre. This means that the game focuses on going through the levels and fighting off waves of enemies. Kick-Ass 2 boasts the spectacular and powerful combat system, reminiscent of the scenes from the film. There is no shortage of contextual movement (dependent on such factors as the relative position of the objects surrounding the combatants), violent finishers, and also the possibility of making use of the melee weapons lying around. Moreover, winning battles results in gaining experience points by the protagonists that can be used to improve their skills.

Graphics in Kick-Ass 2 are not of the best quality, but the game has relatively low system requirements. An additional advantage of the technical aspects of the game is the fact that the actors from the actual movie (like Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Chloe Grace Moretz and Jim Carrey) were around during the development.
